Brocolli Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
16 oz package of broccoli florets, gently broken apart
2 cups of which seedless grapes or 1 cup of white raisons
3 stalks of chopped celery
8 strips of bacon crumpled
1/2 cup toasted almonds

Combine first three ingredients (mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar) in a small bowl and whisk the until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Toss before serving.
Serves 6.
