Fish & Pepper Stew
4 fish fillets (add to mixture last)
4 fresh tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 green onion
1 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
hot peppers (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste)
parsley (dash)
water (minimal)
Stew tomatoes on medium heat then add all of your ingredients. Pre-fry the fish fillets prior to adding to stew. When the fish is ready, add to stew. Cook until stew is thick. Increase ingredients depending on the amount of people eating.
